Forum and Document Repository

Boys to Men Northwest maintains a repository of outlines, protocols, and related documents, which are available to staff in order to help them prepare for events. The documents found in the repository are confidential, so only qualified men are granted access. Any man or boy who has completed at least one weekend event with our community is qualified.

An electronic repository for collaborative development is called for because our protocols are dynamic and fluid, being updated and refined each time they are used. The repository enables the man producing a specific process to get the most up-to-date feedback and other information on that process, so that critiques and refinements can be incorporated into the production of each iteration of a process.

If you have not used the Document Repository before, you must register first.

How to Register

  1. Register here. Enter your name like "Firstname_Lastname" and make up a password.
  2. Ask Dan to grant access permissions. Provide your phone number in case there are questions.
  3. Wait 48 hours (or call 206.686.7110 for faster access)
  4. Log in and retrieve the documents you need.

When to Use It

Men taking point on events or processes should refer to the repository for relevant source material. Men who have just completed a weekend event and have feedback to offer about what worked and what didn't are invited to contribute their feedback to the repository. Please help us accumulate our experience.
